Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Purpose:

To respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and support smooth bank operations.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna, and Somali languages.
  • Place of Work:
