As part of its new strategic plan and organizational restructuring, Wegagen Bank is seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join its team as Graduate Trainees (IFB). Position: Graduate Trainee (IFB)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other related fields.
- CGPA: 2.75 and above.
- Year of Graduation: Only 2023 and 2024 graduates with an exit exam score above 50%.
- Age Limit: Below 25 years.
- Certifications:
- COC (Level IV) is mandatory.
- IFB Training certification is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations is required.
Experience:
- No prior work experience is required.
Job Purpose:
The Graduate Trainee will support the Bank in delivering efficient and customer-centric services, ensuring clients are served with care, professionalism, and maximum efficiency.
