• 4/6 years’ experience (1 year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor)

2. Sr. Customer Service Officer-II (Asasa & Mizan-Aman)
Job Purpose: Supervise cash operations and manage key customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, or related field + 3 years’ experience
• For IFB Role: Knowledge of Shari’ah law required (Mizan-Aman Branch)
3. Customer Service Supervisor-II (Asasa Branch)
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 4 years’ experience.
4. Branch Manager II (Bahir Dar Branch)
Requirements: Master’s/Bachelor’s + 5/7 years’ experience (2 years in supervisory role).
