Position:
Sales Executive
Location: Various regions across Ethiopia
Type: Full-time

Main Purpose of the Role:
To drive sales volume within assigned territories, enhance customer relationships, monitor competitor activities, and execute promotional strategies that contribute to the company’s growth and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve 100% of sales targets through daily outlet visits
- Maintain accurate and updated outlet records (active, temporarily closed, permanently closed)
- Visit 25+ pre-selected outlets daily, plus additional ones as needed
- Ensure strong visibility, stock levels, and POS material placement
- Submit weekly/monthly journey plans and reports
- Conduct night visits (minimum 3 nights/week) and promotional activities
- Build strong customer and consumer relationships
- Ensure proper use and functionality of company assets
- Provide weekly activation and asset delivery reports
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Area Sales Manager
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 0–2+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, or related areas
Skills:
- Effective communication and sociability
- Negotiation and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid 2nd grade driving license with experience
