Tsehay Bank S.C., one of the growing private banks in Ethiopia, is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following exciting career opportunity:
Job Title:
Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or preferably a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized university.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Out of this, at least 4 years must be in a supervisory or managerial role,
- Including at least 2 years of experience in support/auxiliary banking operations.
Additional Skills and Certifications:
- ITIL certification or other recognized IT-related certifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Place of Work:
- Tsehay Bank Head Office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Salary:
- As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale.
