1. Branch Manager-IV
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 9/10 years in banking, including 1 year as Branch Manager-III or equivalent.

• Location: Jimma, Burayu, Sebeta, Sululta Branches
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
2. Branch Manager-I
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 5/6 years in banking, including 1 year as Branch Manager, Banking Operations Manager II, Customer Service Manager II, or equivalent.
• Job Grade: XII
• Location: Jigjiga, Arefa, Haramaya, Iqra Branches
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
3. Branch Manager
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4/5 years in banking, including 1 year as Banking Operations Manager I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent.
• Job Grade: XI
• Location: Badano, Doba, Guba Koricha, Hawi Gudina, Kombolcha, Kurfachale, Maya (Dire Dawa District)
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
4. Associate Architect-II
• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 3/4 years, including 2 years as Associate Architect I (banking experience is an advantage).
• Job Grade: IX
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
5. Senior Credit Information Officer-I
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4/5 years, including 2 years as Credit Information Officer, Credit Analyst, Senior CRO, Banking Operations Officer, or equivalent.
• Job Grade: XI
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
6. Associate Contact Centre Representative Officer-I
• Qualification: MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years, including 1 year as Junior Contact Centre Officer or equivalent (banking experience is an advantage).
• Job Grade: VIII
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
