Key Responsibilities
• Strengthen the internal control system of DCA.
• Monitor and build the capacity of partners in Addis Ababa and various field offices.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines for both humanitarian and development projects.
• Provide financial support and assistance to the Senior Finance Manager, HFS, and program staff.
• Maintain financial records in line with internal procedures, best practices, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Education: MBA or BA Degree in Accounting.
✔ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
✔ Preferred Skills:
• Experience in projects, donor reporting, and partner monitoring.
• Strong communication and reporting skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure with good prioritization and time management skills.
