1. Internal Audit Manager
Location: Addis Ababa (with frequent travel to site and factory)
Language Requirement: Afaan Oromo, English, Amharic
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications:
• Master’s or B.Sc. degree in Accounting/Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of direct work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/head position.
• Certification in ACCA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Provide advisory services to management for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
2. Coffee Processing Plant Supervisor
Location: Gelan

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in the coffee industry, with at least 5 years in coffee processing.
• Strong understanding of coffee processing techniques, flavor profiling, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO and Ethiopian food safety standards.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Coffee Processing Plant Maintenance & Repair Technician
Location: Gelan

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within food processing or the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards.
