Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience Required:
• 3 years for MA holders
• 5 years for BA holders

Job Purpose:
The Senior Risk, Compliance & Internal Controller will ensure that Kerchanshe Trading adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and evaluate potential risks.
• Analyze risks by determining their impact and likelihood.
• Perform regular risk assessments to ensure proper control measures.
• Review procedures, reports, and documentation to identify hidden risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the internal audit team for risk-based audits.
• Update and enforce anti-money laundering and compliance standards.
• Investigate regulatory breaches and report significant violations.
• Provide risk mitigation strategies and compliance guidance.
• Maintain a centralized compliance reporting system.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose financial control improvements.
• Organize risk and compliance training for relevant teams.
• Stay updated on GDPR, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption regulations.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
