Role Description
The Junior Accountant ensures proper filing, labeling, and safeguarding of financial documents. Responsibilities include document tracking, contract database maintenance, and assisting with audits.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize and track financial documents.
• Receive and label monthly financial files.
• Maintain soft and hard copies of contract databases.
• Handle scanning, photocopying, and printing.
• Ensure secure document storage.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Education: BA/BSc/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–2 years in the beverage industry.
• Skills: Strong decision-making, customer orientation, computer literacy, and attention to detail.

Cashier
Role Description
The Cashier handles cash/check collection, deposits, financial documentation, and vendor payments while ensuring accuracy and security in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
