Job Description

iSON Xperiences Ethio-Call PLC is looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls courteously and professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Clarify, verify, and share information to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Show empathy and provide personalized attention to customers.

• Accurately categorize each call using the company’s CRM tagging system.

• Ensure all calls meet the company’s quality standards.

• Identify process improvements and suggest them to the team leader.

• Use company resources efficiently to respond to customer queries.

• Adhere to attendance schedules and company policies.

• Support new team members through mentorship and training.

• Provide daily reports as required.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the team leader.

• Meet daily performance targets.

• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

• Languages: Proficiency in Amharic, English, Afan-Oromo, Tigrigna, or Somali.

• Skills: Excellent listening skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
