Job Summary

The Finance and Admin Officer will handle daily financial and administrative tasks, including report preparation, budget revisions, procurement oversight, and ensuring compliance with CACH policies and international standards. The role requires financial management, accounting, and budget monitoring to support project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and admin tasks for the assigned project.

• Review partner reports using SAPI and conduct office visits.

• Prepare donor/government financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and CACH policies.

• Maintain accurate financial records in Abacus software.

• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial reconciliation.

• Monitor procurement, payments, and advance settlements.

• Assist with monthly and yearly accounting closures.

Requirements

• Education: BA in Finance & Accounting or related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years in finance or administration.

• Skills: Strong Excel & Word skills, fluency in English, and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Location: Mega, Borana (with frequent travel).
