Job Positions
1. Junior Project Officer I – Data Encoder (Farmer Profiling Project)
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Number of Positions: 10
• Term of Employment: Six months

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field from a recognized higher education institution.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years for a Diploma, or 1 year for a Bachelor’s degree, with experience in conducting phone surveys or data collection.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management tools (Excel, Kobo Toolbox, ODK), and familiarity with basic research methods and data collection techniques.
• Languages: Fluency in Amharic, English, and at least one other local language (Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, Sidama, Wolaitigna).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone surveys to collect demographic and agricultural data.
• Enter survey data into a designated database.
• Perform data cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Term of Employment: Six months

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, statistics, computer science, data management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including conducting surveys using CAPI or CATI software.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in data cleaning tools (Excel, Kobo Toolbox, ODK).
• Languages: Fluency in Amharic, English, and at least one other local language (Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, Sidama, Wolaitigna).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys and clean collected data.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Maintain high data security and confidentiality.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of local languages.
Responsibilities:
• Manage farmer profiling projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee data collection and ensure digital tools are implemented effectively.
• Analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
