๐น Position: Personal Assistant
๐ Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, the Personal Assistant will:
โ๏ธ Screen calls, inquiries, and requests.
โ๏ธ Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
โ๏ธ Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and office organization.
โ๏ธ Organize meetings and assist associates in optimizing procedures.
๐ Job Requirements:
๐ Education: College Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in:
โข Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations
โข Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations Coordination
โข Secretarial Science & Office Management
๐ Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk, or Secretary.
โ COC certification is preferable.
๐ Additional Skills Required:
โ๏ธ Customer-oriented mindset & strong communication skills
โ๏ธ Problem-solving & critical thinking
โ๏ธ Stress & time management
โ๏ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & administrative tools
โ๏ธ Fluency in English & Amharic (reading, writing, speaking)
