Open Positions:

Position 1: Senior Attorney

• Essential Duties:
  Preparation of legal claims, defense statements, affidavits, court proceeding reports, following up execution of judgments, conducting property auctions, offering legal advice, and ensuring the bank’s interests are protected.
• Qualification: Degree in Law or related fields
• Experience: 5.5 years in legal functions, preferably within the banking industry
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer

• Essential Duties:
  Conducting market research, developing new business lines and banking products, competitor analysis, branch feasibility studies, and branch grading.
• Qualification: MA/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
• Experience: 5.5 years (MA) / 3.5 years (BA) in relevant fields, preferably in banking, including 2 years at officer level
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Manager, Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division

• Essential Duties:
  Strategic planning, annual budgeting, corporate performance evaluation, industry analysis, preparing action plans, and performance monitoring.
• Qualification: BA/MA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
• Experience: 8.5 years (BA) / 6.5 years (MA) including 2 years at senior officer level in the banking sector
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
