Job Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
• Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 1.5 years in banking operations, OR
• Diploma (Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year in a CSS position.

Job Position 3: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
• Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 3.5 years in banking operations, including at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.
• Workplace: Bedesa
Job Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade C
• Education:
• MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, OR
• BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of banking experience, including:
• 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B OR
• 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.

Job Position 5: Information Systems Audit Division Manager
• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems plus a Diploma/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 9.5 years (with BSc) or 7.5 years (with MSc) in the relevant field, including at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in the banking industry.
• Workplace: Addis Ababa
Job Position 6: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division
• Education: BA/MBA, MA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 8.5 years (with BA) or 6.5 years (with MBA/MA), preferably in the banking industry, including at least 2 years as a Senior Inspector.
• Workplace: Addis Ababa
