Dashen Bank is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Customer Service Manager I at its Bole Nura Hera Branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, etc.)

• Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of banking experience.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong understanding of general financial products and services.

• Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks.

• Expertise in banking policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.

• Ability to respond to client enquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Project management skills.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Leadership skills to foster teamwork, develop and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts.

• Ability to lead and drive change initiatives within the branch.

• Strong business acumen and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop proposals, concept papers, and position papers.

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing multi-cultural teams.

• Expertise in strategic management, project planning, budgeting, and resource management.

• Problem-solving skills and creativity.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

• Strong risk management awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Effective stakeholder management.
