As part of its ongoing growth, Bunna Bank is seeking qualified professionals for the following positions in its ATM Maintenance Division:
1. ATM Maintenance Officer & Junior ATM Maintenance Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily upkeep and efficient operation of the bank’s ATMs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to prevent malfunctions.
• Provide technical support for ATM-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Ensure ATM hardware and software are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Participate in preventive maintenance efforts to reduce downtime.
• Perform regular inspections and cleaning of ATMs.
• Adhere to security protocols and report any suspicious activity.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with ATM-related regulations and internal policies.
• Engage in training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
Job Requirements:
• ATM Maintenance Officer: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in ATM maintenance.
• Junior ATM Maintenance Officer: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in the same fields (no experience required).
2. Senior ATM Maintenance Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network.
• Ensure ATMs operate efficiently and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for ATM-related problems.
• Stay updated on the latest ATM technologies and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct inspections to ensure ATM security and functionality.
• Supervise and mentor ATM maintenance technicians.
• Monitor ATM performance and prepare reports for analysis.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields, with 5 years of experience in ATM maintenance.
3. Manager – ATM Maintenance Division
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the bank’s ATM operations and ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop maintenance schedules to minimize ATM downtime.
• Provide advanced technical support and coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure ATMs comply with security regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor ATM performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on ATM maintenance activities.
• Lead training sessions to enhance the skills of ATM maintenance staff.
• Identify risks and ensure adherence to best practices in ATM maintenance.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in ATM technology to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields, with 9 years of experience, including at least 6 years in ATM maintenance.
