Job Summary
Dashen Bank is looking for a Branch Relationship Officer to drive business growth in Retail & MSME/IFB Banking. The role focuses on managing relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. By providing exceptional service, the officer will help generate additional business through cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Additional training in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit, and international banking operations) is preferred.
Experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking or a customer service role.
Technical Skills
• Business development skills to identify market opportunities and grow the bank’s customer base.
• Commercial awareness to apply financial principles to decision-making.
• Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations, products, and investment models.
• Understanding of Shari’ah-compliant banking principles and associated risks.
