
Job Position: eLearning Content Developer
Education:
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Video Editing, or Animation is advantageous.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Objective:
To develop high-quality, innovative digital learning content for Bank of Abyssinia employees, ensuring effective analysis, design, development, and implementation of eLearning solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop gamified, interactive, and responsive online content using programming languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Create eLearning materials using tools like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other multimedia technologies.
• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and test instructional materials and online courses.
• Review and test curriculum content, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage tasks on the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital repository.
• Implement user experience (UX) design principles for user-friendly online learning interfaces.
• Design innovative graphics, illustrations, and storyboards based on instructional design principles.
• Conduct video production, including studio and field recording.
• Manage multimedia e-studio equipment and ensure efficient utilization.
• Develop eLearning content within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with different departments to support digital learning initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging eLearning technologies and best practices.
• Upload and manage learning resources on the LMS.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
