1. Branch Manager – Class III Branch

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant banking experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:

• Oversee and manage the overall banking activities of the branch.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Lead branch sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

• Develop and submit annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.

Work Location:

• Shambu Branch – Shambu Town (Ref: HO/01967/25)

2. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:

• Manage and coordinate branch banking activities.

• Ensure adherence to operational standards, regulations, and bank policies.

• Lead customer service initiatives and branch sales growth.

• Prepare annual budgets, operational plans, and reports.

Work Locations:

• Shey Bench Branch – Bench Sheko Zone, Siz Town (Ref: HO/01968/25)

3. Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing and research.

Job Summary:

• Plan and execute Conventional Banking product strategies.

• Work with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Support the bank’s strategic goals through innovative product development.

4. Branch Auditor I

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant banking experience.

• Certification in Auditing is an added advantage.

Job Summary:

• Conduct audits on domestic and international banking operations.

• Examine accounting records for compliance with banking regulations.

• Prepare audit reports assessing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
