1. Manager – IFB Product Development Division

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.

• A Master’s Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.

• Professional certification in related areas is a plus.

Job Purpose:

The Manager is responsible for leading the IFB Product Development Division by planning, organizing, and executing strategies. Key responsibilities include product lifecycle management, defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The Manager will continuously analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

2. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer (Re-advertised)

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking operations, with a preference for those experienced in IFB services.

Job Purpose:

The Principal Officer supports the IFB product lifecycle by gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements. This role focuses on enhancing product offerings aligned with Awash Bank’s overall strategy. The officer will also conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.

3. Customer Service and Operations Manager I

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• A minimum of 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in branch operations.

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service and Operations Manager oversees branch activities by managing operations, coordinating customer service functions, and ensuring the delivery of excellent banking services. The Manager plays a key role in increasing revenue by cross-selling banking products and acquiring new customers. Ensuring operational efficiency and profitability is essential.
