Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in IFB (Interest-Free Banking) services.
• Additional Advantages:
• A Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• Professional certifications in related areas.
Job Summary:
The Manager will be responsible for leading the IFB Product Development Division. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of IFB products, from planning to execution.
• Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to enhance product offerings.
• Defining the product vision and ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

2. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer (Re-advertised)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in IFB services.
Job Summary:
The Principal IFB Product Development Officer will be responsible for:
• Planning and executing IFB product strategies throughout their lifecycle.
• Gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements.
• Ensuring IFB products align with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to maintain a strong market position.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Service and Operation Manager I
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in branch operations.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service and Operation Manager will be responsible for:
• Managing and overseeing branch operations to ensure efficiency.
• Leading customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
• Driving revenue growth by cross-selling banking products and acquiring new customers.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize branch profitability.
