1. Architect
Qualifications & Skills:
• BSc Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Proficiency in:
• Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp
• Rendering: Lumion, V-Ray, 3D Max
• Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in preparing architectural designs, specifications, cost estimates, and material approvals
• Ability to review architectural designs and ensure compatibility with structural, sanitary, mechanical, and electrical designs
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Site visit and project supervision experience

2. Junior Contract Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Manage and document contracts
• Oversee contract administration and compliance
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and bid documents
• Track performance bonds, advance payments, and indemnities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience (consultancy firm experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

3. Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects and engineers for seamless execution
• Conduct site inspections and quality control
• Prepare material specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Utilize CAD and electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, Revit MEP)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultant company
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

4. Senior Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare structural designs, specifications, and cost estimates
• Lead structural design and analysis from conception to completion
• Conduct simulations and analyses using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers
• Review and approve construction documents
• Mentor junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Qualifications:
• BSc/MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and supervision
• Proficiency in structural analysis software

5. Resident Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and supervise engineering projects at the site
• Ensure adherence to approved designs and methods
• Manage daily project activities and liaise with contractors
• Prepare progress reports and resolve site issues
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a consultant firm
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

6. HR Officer
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle training and development programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
