Position: Customer Service Executive II
Qualification:
BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer (CSO), Customer Service Representative (CSR), Customer Service Executive (CSE), or in a similar role.
Purpose of the Job:
Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering frontline services with efficiency and professionalism.
Drive resource mobilization efforts by cross-selling the Banks products and services.
