It commenced operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and a paid-up capital of Birr 734 million. The Bank’s paid-up capital has reached Birr 1.1 billion (as of August 7, 2023) and raised its subscribed capital to Birr 5 billion.

Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

Job Position 1:  Branch Manager I 

Qualification: 

• A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level.

Job Position 2:  Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualification:

• A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer
