🚀 About the Opportunity
East Africa Bottling S.C., a Coca-Cola Beverages Africa company, is hiring an Area Sales Manager. This is your chance to work with one of the world’s most iconic brands, within a modern, high-performing, and purpose-driven team.
As part of the Commercial team, you’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and lead a dynamic sales force, driving volume, revenue, and execution excellence in your designated territory.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Drive market share and volume growth in the assigned area.
- Allocate sales resources (POS materials, coolers, etc.) efficiently.
- Set and monitor daily sales targets, and take corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure high standards in trade and outlet execution.
- Develop outlets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and react with strategy.
- Implement promotional plans and ensure in-store compliance.
- Ensure quality standards and handle trade replacements.
- Execute the “Picture of Success” across all sales channels.
🧠 About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 🎓 A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 🧳 Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- 🚗 Valid Auto or Dry 1 Driving License.
- 💼 Proven team leadership and sales execution skills.
- 🕐 Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
